We’re hiring Field Service Technician from Kolkata who is ready to learn and work on real customer service and repair tasks.

The job includes field visits, basic troubleshooting, and PCB-level repair work. If you have interest in electronics or repairing things, you’ll learn a lot here. ITI candidates from Kolkata (Telecom/Electrical) will get preference, but it’s not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities as Technician job in Kolkata

• Visiting customer locations nearby in Kolkata for repair and service calls
• Doing basic and PCB-level fault finding & troubleshooting
• Handling soldering, small hardware repairs, and service tasks
• Talking with customers and reporting the issue clearly
• Coordinating with engineers & technical team for solutions
• Keeping proper notes and documentation of service visits
• Making sure product issues are solved on time
• Supporting the technical team in testing and diagnosing faults

Skills Needed for ITI Freshers Jobs in Kolkata : (Below skills is Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Basic electrician knowledge
• Inverter repair knowledge
• Soldering skills
• Understanding of PCB and hardware components
• ITI (Telecom/Electrical) candidates preferred
