Key Responsibilities of Account & Tally Executive in Diamond Harbour

1. Accounting work:
   • Booking of purchase invoices and sales bills in the system.
   • Daily stock reconciliation.
   • Booking direct expenses related to trading activities.
   • Posting entries in Tally, including inventories for purchase and sales.
   • Ledger posting, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet (B/L) preparation.
2. Statutory Compliance:
   • Working on GST and TDS-related entries.
   • Providing accurate data for filing statutory returns (TDS/PF/ESIC/PT).
   • Assisting in periodic account closures (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly).
3. Banking Operations:
   • Managing cheques, NEFT, RTGS, and foreign remittance transactions.
